Our brand new Pop-Up for 2017 is a unique 'Pilates stretch' concept at the beautiful Detox Kitchen studio in Fitzrovia. Classes are just £8 drop-in. Wednesdays 1:15pm-2pm. Taught by Laura Pearce, our chief Yogi, and Pilates guru.

The Class

Designed to help you take your training regime to the next level, you will get both a serious core workout and the best stretch you've ever had. Your Muscles will be toned, massaged and realigned using active and passive stretch techniques to give you a huge physical and mental release. Pilates Stretch is designed to prepare your body to perform better in all aspects of life. Pleasure meets pain in this class; don't expect it to be easy!

The Studio

The Studio is a beautiful boutique fitness space set in the Detox Kitchen's flagship deli in Fitzrovia. Detox Kitchen specialise infresh, bold and delicious dishes that are free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar. Work out in the studio and pre-order your post workout smoothie or salad in the deli before your class. Simply order at the till and it will be waiting on the deli counter for you to pick up on your way out.
