"I'm an avid climber both bouldering and rope, and teach various Yoga for climbers classes across London, as well as training members of the GB climbing team in Yoga & Pilates. I've trekked Everest, the Andes, mount Sinai, Perito Moreno Glacier, and Machu Picchu. I'm also a keen high-board diver and train regularly at the Olympic Aquatics Centre. I'll try anything that challenges my understanding of the mind-body connection, and how better to control body movement; for me that's the definition of power. 'strength' is irrelevant in isolation".
